Attention

The rates offered are including VAT and breakfast, excluding city tax.

Acceptance of this offer implies the acceptance of our full Terms & Conditions and cancellation & deposit policies. All local and national taxes are subject to local and / or national government changes. Any variation in taxes will be reflected to the total sum to be paid without any prior notice. Please note that city tax and VAT are expected to increase in 2026, so the rates may rise accordingly. The expectation is that city tax will increase to 10% and VAT to 21%.

CANCELLATION BY GUEST

- All individual reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.

- All nights will be charged when cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival.

- Any early departures will be charged in full up to the departure date of the reservation (full amount of the stay).

NO SHOW

- No show reservations will be charged in full to the individual guest directly.

- In the event of no show, the entire booking will be deemed cancelled and the reservation value will be charged in an amount equivalent to the charges applicable to the full amount of the stay of the no show reservation.

- Hotel will hold the rooms until midnight. If a late-night arrival or early arrival the next morning has been provided to the hotel, the room will be kept for six (6) hours after flight landing time.

Payment:

- All costs will be settled by the guest upon check-in.

- The credit card from the booking system will be authorised prior to arrival, in line with the cancellation by guest conditions above. If the credit card is declined, does not meet the limit required, or is expired, it is the client’s responsibility to do their utmost best to receive a valid credit card from the individual guest. If a valid credit card is not received within 48 hours the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without liability.
