General Terms and Conditions 

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS 

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

WALK POLICY

In the unlikely event that the Hotel is not able to accommodate a guaranteed reservation the Hotel will arrange for accommodation at an equal or better property and the following reimbursement will be applicable: - Transportation to the Hotel - If returning the next day, transportation back to the Hotel

Payment policy.

Reservations are subject to room availability

Each guest will pay their own charges for room, breakfast, taxes and any incidentals. Each guest will provide a credit card upon check-in at the Hotel.

Individual cancellation policy 

Guests can cancel the guaranteed reservation free of charge until 15 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation after this time will be charged with 100% of the room rate for the entire length of stay to the credit card given

Should guests not arrive despite a guaranteed booking (No show), the hotel reserves the right to charge the costs (100% of the room rate for the entire length of stay) to the credit card given.

In the event that the client requests to cancel rooms for only one specific night within the group reservation, outside the standard cancellation policy, the Hotel reserves the right to consider and accommodate such a request at its discretion. Furthermore, the Hotel retains the right to adjust the rates for the remaining bedrooms in the event of a partial night cancellation outside of the cancellation policy. The Hotel will make reasonable efforts to communicate any rate adjustments promptly and transparently. These rate modifications will be made at the discretion of the Hotel management and will take into consideration the overall impact on the group reservation.

It is understood that the client will be informed of any rate changes resulting from a partial night cancellation, and both parties will work collaboratively to ensure mutual satisfaction. The Hotel also reserves the right to cancel the entire group reservation in the event of a partial night cancellation outside of the established cancellation policy.

·         For individual reservation, guest to pay direct to hotel with credit card guarantee of one night room charge. Credit card provided is for guaranteed only and shall only be charged in case of cancellation or no show as per agreed policy

·         Room Cancellation 15 days prior to arrival date, there is no penalty charge.

·         Room Cancellation between arrival date and 15 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 100% cancellation fee will apply for all room nights cancelled

·         No show policy (details vary per hotel)

·         No show means failure to arrive at hotel on the day booked for arrival.

·         Hotel to hold reservation until 24.00 hrs. of the day booked for arrival. For late night arrival with arrival flight information given to hotel, room will be kept three (3) hours after flight landing time.

·         If guest has not informed hotel of the change on arrival date or arrival time, hotel can release booking and a 100% no show fee will apply for all room nights booked

·         If guest arrives at a subsequent date, then guest will not be refunded for the date between scheduled and actual arrival

FORCE MAJEUR/ACT OF GOD

The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts reasonably beyond the control of the Hotel such as, war, government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergencies making it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting/convention. It is provided that this agreement may then be terminated for any or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other without responsibility on the part of the Hotel.

The Hotel is entitled to terminate, at any time the contract relationship if the event endangers the reputation or safety of the Hotel and further, in cases of act of God.

CHANGES, ADDITIONS, STIPULATIONS, OR LINING OUT

Any changes, additions, stipulations or deletions including corrective lining out by either Hotel or BTC Group will not be considered agreed to or binding on the other unless such modifications have been initialed or otherwise approved in writing by the other.

CITY TAX/VAT are subject to governmental changes.

LITIGATION EXPENSES

The parties agree that, in the event litigation relating to this Agreement is filed by either party, the non-prevailing party in such litigation will pay the prevailing party's costs resulting from the litigation, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
