ATTENTION: 2026 the city tax and general tax will probably change for all hotel accommodations in the Netherlands

The  rates are including the current VAT at 9% and the current city tax at 12.5%

Tax & VAT rates might change due to governmental regulations. The hotel has the right to change contracted room rates accordingly.

Run of House category includes a range of room levels and types, such as doubles, twins and accessible rooms, as allocated at the discretion of the Hotel.

Room rates are per room, per night in euro and include Buffet breakfast and 9% VAT

• All rates include breakfast and WIFI (10 Mbs).

• Double occupancy will be charged at a supplement of €20 per room per night including 9% VAT and breakfast.

-Cancellation within 30 days or no shows will result in 100% cancellation fee

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• Complimentary WiFi is offered to all guests with 10Mbs connectivity throughout the hotel.

• Parking at €25.00 per car per overnight. Parking costs can be booked on a company’s account

• We work with a preferred AV supplier for all audio visual requirements which can be available to you at an additional cost.

• We can also source security services and skip or waste removal services if required at an additional cost.

• Porterage is available from €5.00 per person, in/out including VAT.

• Group dinner available from €42.50 per person.

• Late check out for €30.00 until 3PM and €60.00 per room until 6PM, subject to availability.
