Payment and Cancellation Policy for Room Reservations

1. Individual room reservations have to be paid 30 days before arrival. The hotel will sent the guests a pro-forma invoice in advance. Group reservations have to be paid 6 weeks before arrival
2. Individual room reservations (fewer than 10 rooms) may be cancelled free of charge until 3 weeks before the day of arrival. In the case of a cancellation within  30 days  before arrival. In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the first night per cancelled room will be charged. Any subsequent nights will be cancelled free of charge.
3. Group reservations (10 rooms or more) may be cancelled free of charge up to 6 weeks prior to the arrival date of the first night.
4. For group reservations of 10 rooms or more, the below conditions apply: 
5. -      Cancellations made until 6 weeks prior to arrival: there is no penalty
6. -      Cancellations made between 6 weeks and 30 days prior to arrival, 35% of the total reservation value for cancellation will be charged
7. -      Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total reservation value for cancellations will be charged
